Jim came out on a snowy freezing day and got our locked car open in minutes with some laughs and a couple of great stories. What a guy! Very reasonable cost as well, and I’m a major-league cheapskate.

Spoke on the phone to them 8/26/25 and he agreed to meet me at my house today 8/27/25 to look at my entry door problem. No show all day and no call or text = no business for them. edit: I can see where the "noon appt" might have been misconstrued by me, but there was no error on my part that the appt was for your business and the 8/27/25 date. I have the reply from your business to my text requesting the appt at my house for 8/27, and after I posted this review I have the missed call from your business to my phone. We would appreciate you taking your incorrect response down.

Recently received a New to me service truck from my company but no service body keys. Reached out to Brian at lakeside and he was able to take time on weekend to make a key for the locks on truck. Very helpful and great customer service. Will definitely let everyone else that need locksmiths to use Lakeside Locksmith.

Opened my safe. Was very reasonably priced. Took just a few minutes. Was also very patient with some time misunderstanding we had. All in all, very happy with the service.

Tried to program the cheap key fob I got off of Amazon. Wasn't successful. Ordered me a OEM fob, got it programmed and didn't ding me for wasting his time on the cheap one. Half the price of going through the dealership!
