I had my irrigation system installed by this company before they started expanding and doing more than just irrigation and landscaping. At that time I was very impressed with the company and recommended them to a lot of the people that I know who were looking for expert help in that area. Last year whey they came out to winterize my system, I was upset by the fact that the crew who performed the service left my gate open and left the sprinkler valve case uncovered as well, although only partially. I just had my winterization service performed last week and although the crew was very polite, I couldn't help but feel the sales push letting me know about all of the other things that they are doing now outside of irrigation and landscaping. Five-Star Service – Thanks to Greg! I came home from work to find my toilet had backed up, creating a stressful and unsanitary situation for my family of four. I called Waterworks in a panic, and they quickly sent someone out. Unfortunately, the initial technician, Larry, was less than helpful. He seemed frustrated to be there, didn't properly clean up the mess, and spent over two hours snaking the drain without exploring other options like checking the crawl space or external trap.
