After months of design and redesign of the agreed upon floor plan among the 4 senior sibling homeowners, it was time to find a team of contractors that we felt were well suited for our project. My husband and I have had several homes renovated and we interviewed many good local contractors and Bill with Lakeview rose above the rest with his patience and easy personality and vast experience. We had an antique home from 1887 renovated plus a 1000 sq. ft addition. We had MANY plan revisions and he was incredibly patient as he re-priced each one! He stuck with us through it all! He is fair with pricing and extremely ethical; we trust him completely. The work was done with care and skill and our house is amazing! We are delighted with our kitchen remodel that was completed by Lakeview within in budget and within 5 weeks. Our 35 year old kitchen was gutted and the remodel consisted of: installing new hardwood floors, electrical upgrades and lighting, new cabinets ,counters, tile and paint. Bill Adinolfi (owner of Lakeview) and the rest of his Lakeview team are very experienced professionals who were a pleasure to work with. All the sub- contractors recommended by Bill were excellent. We were looking at buying a house, but knew we would need some extensive remodeling done. Bill was able to meet us on inspection day to walk through the project and get us a quote. He understood our vision and had great input. Once demo started, he was quick to communicate and help us troubleshoot a few surprises that came up! Most of the work happened while my husband and I and our two small kids were living in the house, which was quite an adventure....Bill & Adam were friendly, considerate and communicative, making it as painless a process as possible. First, the owner Bill is hands on and involved in every detail. He’s a great person with integrity, he’s responsible, trustworthy and has the best team of installers. From Paul, the “tile guy”, to the electrician who ran out and replaced all the lights I bought with much better ones in every aspect, everyone was good, decent, and had expertise. Do not misunderstand that “good value” means cheaper or lesser quality. If you’re looking for cheap, you’ll find cheap and get cheap and your project will be cheap because that’s what you paid for. Good value to me is that the job fit my high standards and expectations. It also got done in the time promised and we are so happy that we will now be adding a bedroom renovation of adding hardwood floors, radiant heat and a complete renovation for a prim
