Lakeview Light and Power Utilities has been an outstanding provider for years. Their service is consistently reliable, and customer support is always friendly and responsive. I’ve never had issues with power outages, and they address any concerns quickly. The billing is straightforward, and it’s clear they care about both their customers and the community. Highly recommend!

Horrible online payment service. I always need to pay manually because when I try to log into my account I get "The information you entered does not match our records." how does the information not match your records but when it comes time to bill me you know my information? I been trying to set up auto payment but I have not been able to. I am a business owner and the last thing I need is to be logging in to pay every month. Sometimes I forget and get caught up in life and start getting delinquent notices and this is just not right. I called one time to set up auto payment but they gave me the run around that I needed to call someone else within their office. Horrible service.

Although the cost of electricity is cheaper than most places in the area, this company's customer service skills are atrocious. They don't keep their customers informed of planned or unplanned power outages via website, their Twitter account, or their Facebook page. If you try to call to report an outage, good luck. Either nobody answers, after hours you get transferred to a 3rd party call center (via myvlast experience,) or you can't get through because it's too busy. You can report an outage cia Smarthub (whatever that is,) but I couldn’t log in and couldn't find a way to create an account. If you're lucky, and there's a planned outage, there will be a portable A-frame sign at the end of your street. Provided some joker doesn't steal it. I've never had any issues, if anything they've been very forgiving and compassionate when I ran into payment due dates not aligning with my paychecks. Perfect customer service at the LlLP location. Thanks for not cutting off my lights when our bill was 2 weeks late.😑
