I couldn't be happier with the work done by Lakewood homes. Troy and Melissa are so easy to work with and their communication throughout the project is second to none. After a really bad experience with another contractor that worked on the interior of our Chelan home, I was lucky enough to find Lakewood to rebuild our deck. Their attention to detail is amazing and it was apparent from the start that they really care about delivering a high quality finished product. Alex and Matthew were often on site for Lakewood and they were always super respectful of my home, cleaned up daily and are overall just great guys. I grew up in a construction family and have a reasonable knowledge of construction, enough that I have built several homes by myself and have done significant remodels on my own homes over the years without using a contractor. I'm currently almost done building our "forever home" which is by far the most complicated and complex construction job I personally have ever taken on. Adding 1,000 sq feet to your home is a daunting thought at best. However, when we contracted Lakewood Homes we were immediately at ease at our first meeting with Troy, the owner. We added a huge master bath, a large walk in closet, a Home Theater with a 12 foot ceiling, and a very large quilting studio. This was a complex addition requiring extensive excavating, foundation work and custom requirements for the Home Theater room. Troy was very knowledgeable of all aspects of this addition. He offered many suggestions, was impeccable in his workmanship and a true pleasure to work with. Every inspection passed with flying colors.
