LAMBERT AIR INC

We have been using Lambert Air for years and this review is long overdue. They installed our Carrier Bryant Air handler a few years ago and have been doing the serving annually. This is a family run business and Jeff Lambert has usually been out tech. They are fair and reasonable in pricing and have always been on time to scheduled appointments. I would highly recommend and we will definitely continue to use them.

I have been using Lambert Air for over 15 years. It is AMAZING to find a truly HONEST business. If my AC only needs a $30 capacitor, that is all that they will do. If I need a completely new system, their price has always been among the best and their work is exemplary. Jeff and Kevin have always been straightforward and pleasant over the almost two decades I have been using Lambert Air. IF YOU NEED AC OR HEATING WORK, CALL LAMBERT AIR!

After checking with the big box HVAC installers, we ended up going with Lambert Air for a complete Hvac replacement and upgrade in NPR. Not only was the price much lower but the service was excellent. System was installed in a day, inspection passed. When a few months later we detected a chemical smell in the system, they came multiple times to find out what was the cause. It ended up being a system manufacturer issue and they replaced the heat exchanger. That solved it. All at no cost to us! They really stand by their work and it's getting rare these days. Lambert Air has been SO wonderful to work with. After experiencing issues with several other hvac companies, I called Lambert for a second opinion and was blown away by the level of care and communication we received. It's so rare to find a company that genuinely helps people and isn't just trying to get as much money out of us as possible. In this case, another company said we should consider a new $15k system when our a/c stopped working. Jeff came out, instantly found the problem, and offered a temporary solution so we could have a/c until the new part arrived. On another occasion, I called about a different system and Jeff was here 2 hours later. Highly recommend
