Installing Verizon Fios, began working without speaking to me, tore up my flowers and did not care. Terrible Company to deal with, can’t understand why Verizon uses them. The 2.4 rating tells the whole story. Do better Verizon!

They've been digging and redigging holes in our yard for at least a month now. They block our driveway and our bin on trash days. Workers either don't speak English or have no manners. A couple days ago they backed a large machine into our driveway and onto our property. The supervisor on site (who did speak English) did not even have the decency to come to our door and introduce himself and explain what they need to do, which would've gone a long way. Their constant presence in our space has given me anxiety, and our yard looks terrible. What an awful company.

They did leave a door card saying they were coming to install Verizon fiber showed up 2 weeks later didn't knock on the door or anything really glad our dogs weren't out because they left our side gate wide open. Edit: Upping my rating because there customer service and job foreman both reached out to apologize for the inconvenience and corrected all issues

Avoid at all costs. They hire cheap subs and do not supervise them. I've been dealing with damage caused by one of their installers, and they don't return calls, specifically Amy Lemon - Director, Claims at Lambert's Cable Splicing.

Verizon hired this company to bury verizon wire after multiple attempts still on my yard and driveway unacceptable and everytime they show up no one explain in English what is going on or issue. They take off with out saying anything. Pls do. Not let them work on your property poor performance
