This company was contracted by Verizon to perform pole work in my backyard. During the process, they removed my fence without my consent and left it damaged and broken into pieces. Verizon later sent another company to assess the damage and prepare an estimate. The report was shared with Lambert, yet they have refused to cover the cost of the damage they caused. Instead, they offered to install a replacement fence that does not match the original in style or color. The original fence was a well-maintained white vinyl fence, and their proposed solution would significantly reduce the appearance and value of my property. At this point, they have not taken responsibility for restoring my fence to its original condition, and legal action may be necessary if the matter is not resolved appropri

While doing a job for our neighbors they came into our backyard and cut a random cable without our permission. When we confronted them about it, they told us that they lived next door (a lie) and we had to call the police just for them to identify themselves. So not only did they trespass but they lied about who they were and even pretended to not speak English.

This company is the worst. While installing fios lines at my neighbors house they cut 3 of my power lines. They knew they cut them b/c 5 Mins after my power went out they left. Neighbor said they were supposed to come back the next day to finish but they haven't been back. That was 3 weeks ago and i still don't have power. This company was hired to lay Fios lines in my neighborhood. They repeatedly cut existing cable, irrigation, and sewer lines. It was good of them to fix what they did, but how about don’t let it happen in the first place! They cut through my driveway and left gravel on my yard. They cut my WiFi and I was without for several days because of a holiday weekend. We’ve had other companies come in and lay lines that were much more respectful of people’s properties, I don’t understand why they couldn’t also take as much care.

Watch out of Lamberts shows up to install anything on your property. They completely disregard any markings, have no common sense, blame the landowner for not "marking their utilities" and blatantly damage property and expect other companies to clean up after them. On our single street alone they cut at least 3 homeowners existing fiber lines and caused a major gas leak resulting in multiple fire and EMS responders. They are a subcontractor for Verizon and do a terrible job of installations, cleaning up after themselves. They are great at generally destroying property. Fortunately there are other options than Verizon in our neighborhood as we will never be purchasing service through a company who allows their subcontractors to damage and destroy property.
