I originally hired Lamoureaux Contractors to replace my sub-floor. I had actually tried to rip out the sub-floor myself however, it ended up being too difficult as I found out later, it was glued and nailed to floor below it. I was very impressed with, the owner (Andy). He did exceptional work throughout the entire process. When the floor had been ripped out he found some rotted wood that was part of the foundation that he had concerns about. He ended up replacing it at no extra cost to me. I ended up hiring him again to replace my ceiling that wasn’t level and again he did exceptional work.
