Lancaster Asphalt Systems, Inc. installed a pickleball court on my property May of 2024. From my first conversation with Wes through the completion of the project I have been impressed with their knowledge, experience, professionalism, and most importantly, the quality of their work. The court is beautiful and a pleasure to play on. We are so grateful that LAS fit our small project into their busy schedule even with rain delays making it challenging. All the workers I interacted with were professional and easy to communicate with. They tolerated my 3 overly friendly dogs with grace and took care to make as little impact on the landscape as possible. If you want an expert to install your pickleball court you won't find anyone with more experience or competitively priced than LAS.

Lancaster Asphalt Systems finished two new-indoor pickleball courts for me with a 9 layer Sportsmaster finish. The crew was very professional and conscientious. They were very careful not to get any product onto walls or surrounding rooms that were already finished. They gave us a phenomenal finish on every square inch! I highly recommend them.

We have a small business with a 20 car parking lot and a driveway almost a quarter-mile long. They filled in cracks and sealed our driveway and parking lot on the weekend to limit disruption to our business. They did a great job, professional in every way.

We refrained from writing a review until today. We had our driveway re-sealed mid June. Three weeks later, part of the driveway began coming up on our tires, which was a costly repair. Lancaster Asphalt Systems did reimburse us the cost of the re-seal as well as the repair on our car. They have now come back twice to fix the cracks as well as re-seal the driveway a second time this summer. Each time we get a different explanation as to what is going on/why it is happening. The people at this company are kind, but another 9 days after getting it re-sealed, the tar is coming up again. We understand this is a small, family owned business and have held off on writing a review until we saw how things were handled. Received a proposal on May 21, 2025. Accepted the proposal the same day as directed. Never heard back. Called and left a message, never got a response. Sent an email on July 21st. Nothing. I don't understand why people don't want to do work.
