We had our old shadow box-style privacy fence replaced by Lancaster Fencing Co., LLC in November 2024. The installation crew did an excellent job with the install of the new fence. Due to needing to wait a few months before staining, we didn’t apply it immediately and after about six months, we noticed that roughly a third of the pickets had begun to split. This wasn’t due to any fault of Lancaster Fencing Co., LLC, but rather the wood supplied by their material vendor at the time. Once we identified the issue, we reached out to Darin and Kelly Lancaster. Darin responded quickly, personally coming out to replace over 100 pickets by himself, at no extra charge. Like almost all their other reviews I literally have nothing bad to say about Lancaster. Hands down best choice for a fence!! The fence and work is amazing and beautiful. The few things I asked them to do or watch for they did with no issues, questions or complaints. They were very communicative and even came to do my fence earlier than expected. I’ll easily be going back to them to do another section of my fence! Worth the money and time to do business with them!!

Lancaster went above and beyond for us with our fence! They did a fantastic job working around poor weather and helped us well with the permit process. We had a motorized gate installed, and they did an amazing job; wouldn't leave until it was perfectly aligned and working exactly how we wanted it.
