Lance does amazing work and you can certainly tell he takes pride in it. He recently completed my patio and I couldn't be happier. He's on the job site when he says he'll be and pays close attention to the tiniest of details. I'm looking forward to many nights on my new patio with friends.

Friendly guy, but he came to our home, spent about an hour and a half while we detailed the work we wanted done. He agreed and even had suggestions on what he could do. Said he would get back to us within a week and we never heard back. Never picked up the phone or even responded to our numerous voicemails. Huh??? He could have just responded back and said the work was not what he wanted. But no response ever. Why waste our time? What kind of business does that?? and what business has that kind of customer service? One who doesn' t want more work apparently. I don't think I would recommend him at all.

Spent over $4,000 with Lancescapes. Nice guy and did a good job. But when I followed up with requests for additional quotes a year later, my calls and emails were not returned after numerous attempts, I gave up.
