Lanche Home & Land has been, and continues to be, my "go to" landscaping company for any upgrades, repairs and installations. They have always given me an estimate of the project I needed, have been on time for appointments, and completed the work within the time frame given. Lanche Home & Land installed my irrigation system, underground drain system, dry creek bed, removed and replaced front brick porch, and re-screened my large back porch over the last 5 years. My wife and I have been relying on these wonderful folks for years now, gradually improving the beauty of our home. They’re such great people, and their work is top notch! In these photos, they built the retaining wall, laid the patio and the sod, installed the rock islands, as well as the playground floor. Again, we couldn’t be happier.

I chose Lanche Home after seeing their beautiful work near my home. Damaso is a delight to work with. He's really knowledgeable and put me at ease knowing his team could install a pretty large fence with a dog run enclosure with quality materials. My property is not flat anywhere where, so it was a little complicated. His team installed my fence within a day, but I noticed they were rushing at the end of the day. A week after the fence was completed, I noticed a few picketts were not installed properly. I had to call them back a few times to get everything in order. Thankfully, they came back when they said they would and fixed everything. I would call Lanche back. They do good work.
