We had serious drainage problems caused by our builder, that we could never get resolved. We worked on this problem for over 3 years with multiple vendors/landscapers/grading specialists hired by the builder. We still had a wet backyard. We finally gave up on the builder and decided to find our own solution. Robert and the team from Landart Solutions were able to resolve a problem. They were on time, treated our property with respect and engineered a solution that worked. It was done this spring, and months later we can say without a doubt that the solution works. We have had a wet spring this year, but for the first time ever we did not have standing water, and our soil is not a wet sponge. I highly recommend Landart Solutions. After they completed a complex job on my neighbor’s house, I hired them to help me with a problem that I’ve been dealing with for several years. It turned out to be a little bit more complex than any of us thought and they stayed working until they found a solution. Their employees are all wonderful and kind. They always showed up when they said they were going to and the supervisor was always quick to answer. Any questions I had. They really are wonderful company and I would hire them again.

We highly recommend Landart Solutions. We worked with Robert who does an amazing job! He listens to what we want and then magically makes it happen exactly as we envision. The last design he did for us was incorporating a large patio, pool, outdoor fireplace and hot tub and dealing with fixing drainage issues and creating privacy barriers with trees/plants. He is amazing to work with!

They complete ruined my friend’s yard. Promised the world, but caused so much damage that it will cost tens of thousands of dollars to repair. They also significantly up charge the plants. I do not recommend them for water related issues as they’ve proven they’re not capable of analyzing these situations and providing a solution that will hold…. If they weren’t capable of providing a solution they should have said so… instead they took her money and took advantage of the situation. Like others, the price of the project also went up from the quote because they kept adding on plants.
