The owner wanted us to send all of our information, pictures, scope of work, dimensions etc. Isn’t that what you want them to quote? They are local. The job would have been about $4000 . We are 8 miles from Towson. Then he went on with gibberish about the weather etc.. We were very disappointed with his laziness and lack of professionalism.
