LandCare

Mike’s team has been awesome. They’re on top of their stuff. They do what they say, when they say it. And don’t let the name LandCare fool you into thinking they only care about the land :-) it’s been my experience that they care about the people equally, if not more. Give them a shot. You won’t regret it!

LandCare once performed their duties to our neighborhood at a satisfactory level and without issue. That was three years ago. Since then, their accountability to perform up to their contractual standard has been in a perpetual state of decline to the point they are not even completing their obligations to the neighborhood. It will take a lot of convincing for me to ever use them again.

Our HOA (Cheswick in Knightdale, NC) uses Landcare for our common areas and your company does an awful job. Every week they forget to mow a common area, they are do the bare minimum (lay pinestraw over weeds and very think layers, miss edging spots, spotty weed control treatments, etc.), I REALLY hope they find another vendor soon because your quality of work & customer service is very disappointing.

This is not acceptable. I wish I could post the pics of this ridiculous pile of pine needles, branches and leaves in half of my yard. The association at my property will get these pics though. I cannot believe this!

I think that the people from that neighborhood have nothing better to do with life. They are all real losers.
