BEST HVAC COMPANY IN THE VALLEY! We had an emergency situation at our house involving a leaking pipe behind our furnace. Craig and Zach took care of us immediately. It was a complicated job and not only did they explain everything that was going on and what they needed to do but they also went out of the way to make modifications to our unit to help avoid future issues with getting our hot water heater out of the utility closet. To top it all off, it was the week of Christmas and they came to our rescue. We will be looking to this company for any future needs regarding HVAC and if you need an installation expert Zach is the dude to ask for! Jason Landes and crew were great! We had another company diagnose our furnace with a cracked heat exchanger. We waited nearly two weeks for an estimate for a replacement. In that time I called up Landes and Jason showed up that afternoon, and had me an estimate for a full HVAC system by that evening. The install took 3 days with a 2-person crew, and Jason periodically checking in on the work. The crew was friendly and the install, the install was clean, and we were communicated with every step of the way (we're working from home so we were present for all of it too). On top of that, the final price still ended up being cheaper than the other guys. We felt well taken care of in the process and we'd recommend Landes to anyone for a furnace/AC install!

This is the second time that we have used Landes. The first was when a 6-year-old Magic-Pak heat pump in our condo went bad. The unit was designed so that it has to be entirely removed to service the coils. The cost to repair was more than half the replacement cost. They even tried to find a different unit that would work in this condo, but the last competitor had discontinued their model. When my property manager brought out a different company in May of this year to repair a now 3-year-old second unit, they fixed the leak but didn't notice that the coils were dirty. When we arrived Monday for tenant move out/move in there was a 3-inch block of ice encasing the filter (see photo). Great service. At the time that I called them, my HVAC was out. They came out quickly to look at the unit and got me a quote by the end of the day. Quote had 4 units and was complete, detailed, and professional. They answered all my questions on the various units. Once I summitted my request, it took about 2 weeks to get the unit, a couple days for my schedule (they were ready next day), and a 2 day install. Overall, amazing work. Unit cut my bill by 67% (old unit was 22 y/o) and they cleaned, leveled, and placed the new unit nicely in its new home. 10/10. Awesome Job

My experience with Landes has so far been nothing but smooth. Craig Landes provided a detailed estimate and was there both at start and completion to ensure that installation was properly performed. He was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the associated details. Logan, one of the 3 men on site, was also very professional and polite. It was refreshing to know that people who take pride in their work still exist. Unfortunately it's a very rare thing nowadays. Now, I just hope the people who manufactured the product also took pride in their work and the unit lasts over 25 years like the one it replaced. But I realize that kind of thing no longer exists in our current greed driven society. Keep up your admirable standards Landes!
