I'm here to balance out the one star review, I have parked here many times when I visit the old market and saves me the headache of looking for a spot to park on the busy street. My friend once scraped her knee really bad and the employee in the building provided her big bandaids and one let us use the restroom another time when we couldn't find any restrooms.
This garage has management that refuses to respond to any questions about payments or receipts. The last time I was here the exit gates didn't work and the individual that finally answered the call box was very rude. Park anywhere else when you're in Omaha.
