Excellent. Nick was super helpful, told him what I wanted and it was all a quick and seamless process from there. I offered to tear old the old carpet to save time (because I was rushing) and he took $50 off the total and still hauled the old carpet away. The installer was self sufficient, verified everything before stating, and cleaned up well at the end. I recommended them to two people in the following 3 days, and will continue to recommend.
