Landmark Lifting

We had a great experience with Landmark lifting. Steve (owner) came out several times to discuss our project, provide additional ideas that really added to the project and upgraded the look and answer all of our questions as we had plenty from our journey through contractors. They were very flexible on the start time and pricing was reasonable for a large job - initial install prior to us buying the house was poor so lots of concrete sinkage, draining to the foundation of the house and sizeable cracks. We removed, graded and replaced back patio along with adding concrete steps (30x20). Added a trash pad, removed and replaced RV pad, replaced a cracked section of driveway, removed and widened front walkway and extended front porch by 12’. Landmark came out and fixed our back patio which had settled over the years, leaving huge gaps and uneven concrete that you could trip over! Once they were finished, our patio is now like new again!! They easily saved us 60-70 percent by not having to tear up the concrete and pour it back again! We have used Landmark Lifting before as a residential customer and also doing commercial projects. They are great to work with and I would highly recommend them!!

After having another company do some work, I reached out to Landmark for a second quote and opinion. Landmark was much more reasonable and straightforward to work with. Steve was easy to get a hold of for questions. Great communication, he explained everything, accommodated some unique requests specific to my driveway, and his crew did a great job. The price was reasonable and I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
