Landmark Roofing

A lot of homes received roof damage in Bella Vista on Sunday morning, 5-9-2021 and ours was one of them. I contacted Elan along with two other roofing contractors to take a look at our roof. Elan showed up the day I contacted him and found we definitely had significant damage and a second contractor confirmed we had damage. I then called my insurance claims department at Auto-Owners Insurance and the claims adjuster did his assessment on Monday, the 15th. His assessment verified the roof damage was covered and provided me the OK to proceed to work with a contractor for repairs. I decided to work with Elan and Landmark Roofing because they could obtain the shingles I wanted and they promised to get the job done soon. From day one we were in constant communication making sure everything was good to go and they never made us feel like we needed to buy more than what we needed. Landmark Roofing also provided us shingles options ( we went with thunderstorm Grey) allowing us to be comfortable with what we wanted. The day of the roofing replacement everyone working that day were very professional and asked us questions when needed. The clean up was just as great with them going around and making sure everything was picked up ( loose shingles, trash, debris and nails) and left it how it was when they arrived. Elan has been great! He has stayed in touch throughout our process. His crew was so efficient! Completed our house and garage in one day. They cleaned up the area and did not leave a mess! And, they took good care of the plants around our house. I highly recommend Landmark Roofing and would use them again!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From the inspection , explaining the process, to filing the claim and getting the roof replaced Elan was professional and very helpful.
