Landmark Roofing

Landmark Roofing failed to deliver the results stipulated in the contract. Fred has acknowledged that Ryan, who was the sales representative we worked with 2.5 years ago, promised results he could not possibly deliver, most likely due to misjudgement. However, Landmark refuses to take responsibility for Ryan's misjudgement. As a result, despite having paid nearly $11,000 to repair our roof at the time, we now face the need to have it repaired again at full cost. Disappointing. Other than that, interaction with the handymen and with Ryan and Fred was good while they were working here.

We were very happy with our experience with Landmark Roofing. Very professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The crews were polite, punctual and great about cleaning up as they worked. Hal and Fred met all our expectations from budget, time line, and the finished product. We would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of slate roof repairs and maintenance. We will definitely use them again.

Landmark did an excellent job on my roof. I was especially appreciative of Ryan’s prompt attention to my inquiries, taking the time to answer all my questions in detail. He also was helpful when I needed to select an appropriate shingle color. He was always easy to reach and was great in communicating with me while the job progressed. The crew arrived on time and the work was completed in one day. Plus the crew did a fine job in cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Landmark to anyone who needs to have their roof replaced.

Great experience from our first call to Landmark Roofing to job completion. Hal responded almost immediately to our request for a quote and came to look at the property the day after we spoke. He presented his proposal in a few days and helped us to finalize our options. The crew came exactly when Hal said they would. The job was done in one day, the material and workmanship are of high quality, the crew was very professional and our yard was left very clean. Outstanding performance by Landmark Roofing! In March of 2017, I had an issue with roof tiles that blew off my '10 year young' roof - and this happened the day before it was predicted that the Boston area would get a snow storm with 14+ inches of new snow! Imagine my concern! I called Landmark Roofing and reached Gary (who was great and who has the best ‘Customer Service focus’ in business that I have run into in the last 10 years!) and he arranged to get someone over to my house that same day. I was unbelievably - and very pleasantly surprised! Within the hour - Mike arrived to do the repair job and I found him to be thorough, professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled – and he did a fantastic job with the urgent repair.
