Landmark Roofing & Renovations

So unhappy with the service and follow up that I could cry. My home was beautiful and now I have siding falling off on ever side less than a year after siding install. Service provider has promised multiple times in writing they would fix as per the contract but has been too busy to execute and has then tried to blame me….the customer, who gave them lots of money. Super sloppy work and it is just disappointing. Will be paying someone to fix this mess because I cannot rely on landmark to execute.

I’m leaving this review as a last ditch effort to get some communication from Landmark on the status of our unfinished roof. We paid in full upfront so I know payment is not an issue. The work was started and mostly completed early October, but the contractors told me that they were trying to get in contact with Aaron to discuss ordering more roof caps? It has been over a month now with us calling, emailing, Facebook messaging, and texting multiple times with no response. We simply want a call to discuss next steps on getting our roof complete and a final walk through inspection to ensure everything looks good. It looks amazing otherwise and I have no ill words on the company or the quality for what work has been completed so far.

Aaron and Landmark got my roof done fast and it looks great. Their quote came in very competitively compared to other local contractors and they were able to get it done weeks ahead of every other company. Would definitely recommend them!
