A sink hole developed in my front yard due to a previously unknown abandoned septic tank that collapsed. My wife and I interviewed several backhoe and landscaping companies and selected Patrick at Landrift Annapolis. Patrick patiently answered all our questions and conducted himself in a very professional manner. The work was completed quickly and neatly. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of his work. Patrick is a skilled and honest laborer.
