Land's Heating & Air

Do not use Henry Land for your AC services. Henry is awful! Does not come by to fix the unit when he says he will. Will say he will come and not even call you to tell you he's not coming. He just won't show up. He's a LAZY businessman who doesn't appreciate customers or respond to their calls for service after he sells you a faulty AC system. If I could give him 0 stars, I would.

Our air conditioner went out in the heat of a Florida August. I had never heard of Land's Heating and Air, but a friend who was working at the house, upon hearing the extremely high estimate from another a/c company (a bid which was almost exactly TWICE what Land did it for), introduced me to Land. I didn't know him from Adam, but arriving well after work-hours (as a favor to his friend), he took plenty of time to see if, indeed, my old compressor was blown. When he confirmed that it was, and then estimated that he could get a new a/c in by the end of the week (everyone else was at least another 2-3 days more), I was impressed! Great service, super quick response, 3 hours after I called Land's Heating & Air I had my A/C and heat running. Can't get any faster than that.
