Landsby Electric is quality. Nate is super responsive and professional. He works to give the best and most thoughtful solutions to any problem. As a designer, you are only as good as your contractors and subs. I have recommended Nate to several clients, including remodels, retrofits, and new construction. When Nate is on one of my projects, I am never worried and I know my clients are in capable hands. His communication is clear and concise; he is super knowledgeable and always presents well-informed solutions. He is also just a great person, and is nice to have around your home! I attempted to do a swap of a ceiling fan on my own. When I didn’t succeed I reached out to Landsby Electric. Even though Nathan (Owner) was taking a vacation, he found the time to communicate with me and let me know to expect a delay. Once he returned, we got in contact and he reached out the moment he had a window of availability. Nathan was very professional in his appearance and communication. As he began looking into the issue with my ceiling fan install he quickly discovered that the wiring in the light switches was completely done wrong by a previous individual and was causing the ceiling fan to not get the power it needed. Amazing! He’s so kind, responded to our house on a Saturday evening around 6:30. Within a half hour of calling he arrived and took care of the emergency electrical issue that we had. Would absolutely recommend! Don’t even think twice about whether you should contact him, just do it! Great!!!
