Mark was a fantastic partner as we changed our backyard from boring old sod to a beautiful, Florida-friendly oasis that attracts bees, butterflies and birds. He understood the importance of making it a comfortable place for our dogs, as well as working within our somewhat limited budget. He was very flexible and willing to add some plants I had collected over the years. His whole team was great to work with, too! We would highly recommend this team!

This is my second time using Mark. He and his team did another terrific job installing a birdhouse with a plant garden around it, cleaning up all my plants, and giving my plant beds a facelift. I should have taken a before photo! Very pleased with their work and highly recommend.

Mark and his team did an excellent job installing sod and revamping our plant beds in our back yard. I emailed Mark for a quote and within a week, he came in person to give me a detailed quote and a bunch of great ideas for how we could beautify our yard. We recently purchased our home and the previous owners took an above ground pool out of the back yard, leaving behind a giant mud pit. I tried unsuccessfully to grow grass, which my dogs ran all over and kept destroying. Mark recommended laying down sod, which holds up better to frequent foot traffic. The sod took about a month to root but has since grown beautifully and blended in with our existing yard. He also took out a bunch of invasive plants and put in gorgeous lilies and other plants. I recently hired Mark from Landscape by Design to replace the old gravel in the small courtyard in front of my condo with new shell. He quoted a very fair price and was able to start the very next day. Mark and his crew removed the old material, installed fresh landscape fabric, spread the new shell beautifully, and then cleaned up. The work was excellent—clean, precise, and completed quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Mark and Landscape by Design!
