Tom and his team were amazing! We have the best house in the community and our neighbors always want to do dinners at our house even though they also have a custom backyard. The designs Tom came up with and his teams customer service has been amazing!

I am unsure if this is the patio service that I used, but if you meet a representative from LSI named Tom Anderson...run the other direction. Sloppy work, bad attitudes, poor communication, and a mismanaged crew are what you get. Nothing but problems with this company. Search elsewhere, and avoid a massive headache named Tom Anderson and LSI. The crew threw trash in my pool, trash in my planters, didn't clean up after themselves and did very poor work. I just wrapped up this project, and am now looking for someone to fix LSI's shoddy work.
