Excellent service when my son needed coir logs for his Eagle Scout project. The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and answered all our questions. Delivery was on time, and they called ahead as promised. We originally found this company through ChatGPT—Google didn’t even show that they carried coir logs—so we were very glad their service turned out to be outstanding.

Absolutely phenomenal service and great prices too! Even had an issue with my call dropping and Jim called me right back. Arrived and the service was terrific, super friendly, knowledgeable and made personalized recommendations without being pushy on anything. This place has all kind of top quality landscaping supplies for professionals or and homeowners you may need with more reasonable price to compare big box stores. I asked for recommendations and Casey helped me to explain everything I asked He was supper awesome to put me in a right stuff I needed. Highly recommend them.

Delivery :- take 50 to stonecraft blvd to Willard rd and take first right by the collision center. If you come other way you can’t turn around unless they gave you back dock. Usually they give you front dock so it will be easier for 53 dry va.

The unloading process was quick but I kept a star because the dock door isn't on the side that I came in on, and the side I came in on had cars on both sides not to mention a driver doing what I assumed was a 10 right where the only possible u turn could be done. I didn't want to go all the way back out of the park to do a u turn so I drove up the one way street and turned into the alley way where the dock door was. It was 5am though. No on coming traffic. But I guess that was a GPS problem not a customer service issue.....yeah. You know what!!!?? I think that I'm being a little freaking selfish and self centered so... Here!!!!⭐ There's the 5th star!!!
