Weston and his team do a great job for us in Boone at CDS Global! They are very responsive and are great about having our lot ready for our employees before the day starts. They are willing to change their schedule as needed to help accommodate the needs of our various shifts considering we have limited parking availability this season. I really like the weather updates; although we haven't had many weather incidents this year (yet), last year we had more than our share and I always appreciated knowing they were looking ahead to what was on its way and what the plan was to cover it. Again, Weston and team do an awesome job!

These guys do some of the best landscaping work I have ever seen. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction is absolutely superb. I have witnessed them go extensively out of their way just to ensure that the customer is satisfied. In regards to the comments about Weston, he is no longer the owner of the company nor is he an employee. Dave, Justin, and Matt are a professional landscaping team with decades of experience.

I too had a very poor experience. I had Weston come out and survey my area which was to bid a job for fixing our egress windows in our rental home. I let 3 weeks pass before I phoned them to see where we are at on the bid list. Weston said I will call you Thursday or Friday to set a time to come out again and outline everything and then after that I will give you a bid. I told him that I will allow this ONLY if I got the call as promised. Well, needless to say, I called them back Wednesday and said I will take my business elsewhere as I understand they are busy and obviously not interested in my business.

Had a very poor experience with their customer service. I cannot speak to their actual landscape work, as we never got that far. We initially attempted to contact them by email (the one listed on their website) to schedule a consultation, to which we did not receive a reply. After two weeks, my husband called them to schedule instead. The person he spoke to on the phone was apologetic and scheduled an appointment for a Friday at 8am three weeks later. The reason we had scheduled on a Friday is because I do not work on Fridays, but my husband wanted to be there so he took an hour off of work. 8am comes and goes. They don't show up until 8:15. They came and performed the work very quickly and professionally. My job was just a small little thing but they treated me like it was very important to them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of outdoor work.
