We recently had our yard redone by Black Belt Landscaping and had a great experience! They were prompt, efficient, and really easy to work with from start to finish. They listened to what we wanted and did a great job bringing our vision to life. We had new sod installed along with fresh perimeter mulch, and they were able to accommodate our request to use native mulch and organic weed barriers, which we really appreciated. Communication was wonderful through the entire time — they were responsive, kept us updated, and were very open about the process. Everything felt smooth and well-organized. Shortly after, Levy arrived as scheduled, took the measurements carefully, and answered any questions I had about the work that needed to be done. I want to upfront that we did not use this Landscaping service, so I can not speak on that. However I can speak on their customer service and I give this company a full 5 stars. Easy to communicate and kind, plus very educated on what they do. Everything was explained to use clearly, and I felt like we were given a fair quote. They took their time and made sure the quote was easy to understand. Fantastic customer service.
