I had a very disappointing experience with Landscape Guru. The professionalism and quality of service were far below what was promised. Communication was poor from the beginning, and it felt like my concerns were ignored rather than addressed. The work that was completed looked rushed and careless, and it did not match the expectations that were set when the job started. When I tried to bring up the issues, there was little accountability or willingness to fix the problems. Hiring a landscaping company should make your property look better, not create frustration and regret. Unfortunately, this experience did the opposite. I would strongly recommend that others do careful research before choosing this company.
