We have a leak from an unused sprinkler system - AJ was in the area and came to our house trying to figure out what the problem is, what it is caused by and how to solve it. He gave advise on the next steps to take and did not want any payment for his services! We will definitely call him again for any water irrigation and landscaping situations we may have in the future!

New Years Eve - the water company said we had a leak. We determined it was the line between the meter and the house but could not find the break. I searched the web for help - a waste of time - it's covered over with 'sponsored' and ads. I called some companies, left messages and sent texts - hoping, but not really expecting any call backs because of the holiday. I finally found a company recommended by a friend in my own phone contacts. AJ Downs - Landscaping One - returned my text within 4 mins, saying they could be there the next day - New Year's Day! He explained the cost, what they would be doing, possible scenarios, and how to handle the high water bill. He listened to me and answered all my questions thoroughly. Awesome company. It’s hard to find a contractor you can trust, but these guys are one of the few you can. Of course the day we leave to go on vacation a water line burst. It’s Dec 23 and he went out that day and not only stopped the water leaker, went above and beyond to help rerun some water to our chickens. If you need work done and want to know the people doing are trustworthy. Look no further. Highly recommend

Landscape One provides excellent service at very fair prices. AJ shows up as scheduled he's a very nice person and he really knows his stuff. They're a full-service long-time family business. AJ's mom runs a professional office, which makes them a cut above many competitors. AJ had the parts with him and solved our problems quickly,. Then he identified an additional issue we didn't know about, and gave us a do-it-yourself solution (so he wasn't upselling). Landscape One also has tons of positive reviews on Nextdoor.
