Landscaping

Very clean and efficient operation. Owner John is always clear in his communication. Does exactly what he says on the timeline he says. Billing is quick clear efficient and fair. They never put something on the bill that wasn't done. The team (and it's hard to recruit good workers) is always respectful and diligent in their work. If you ask for special projects or changes to the service they'll get it done. Comprehensive work. I just asked them to handle snow removal for my and a family member's property as well; they're all over it. They make the landscapes look awesome!

I was hesitant about hiring a landscaper as I'm capable of keeping up with my own yard maintenance and enjoy working on it when I do. This year was a busy summer however and I wasn't able to get around to our yard clean up as intended. I hired Dolan Landscaping to help fix up our flowerbeds with weeding, pruning, and mulching. They are a local neighborhood business I knew of from driving past their signs everyday. They did a fantastic job. They got to work within a couple weeks from my initial call and they got it done in a couple days time. Our flowerbeds have never looked better. They did a great job of clean up with not only the beds but also our sidewalk and driveway leaving no debris behind. Dolan Landscaping seems to be very disrespectful of community and the environment! Dolan pulled up in front of my house, blocking the walkway to my front door, left the truck idling, while the driver napped and a 2nd guy got out and argued on the phone. I called the # on the truck and asked that they move along. 10 +/- min later they got out and worked in the yard across the street. I'd like to know why the need to block my yard instead of the one they are working in. And why are employees napping and yapping on the phone instead of working ? It happens we need a landscaper, but I certainly wont go to Dolan!

A team of 6-7 men were blowing dust around the cvs parking lot in tatnuck square at 5 in the morning and it’s still continuing after about an hour and 20 mins. It’s Saturday morning….Multiple neighbors have been woken up displeased and agitated with how early they decided to start with the blowers right outside of our windows. Someone went over to ask them to stop and if it was normal to start at the crack of dawn rather than 7 am at the very least. That is when one of the employees told him to take it up with the company. Seeing as the company is CLOSED until 8 am, here is where I’ll inform you of the complaint. I will also be calling today. I am curious as to why the company is closed until 8 am and yet they have workers out at 5 in the morning. Attached are the city ordinances for Worce
