I had an exterior sprinkler emergency where a valve outside of my house was spraying water for days, but I hadn’t realized it due to the decorative rock and insulation bag that was covering it. I thought that the water collecting in front of my house was coming from my next-door neighbors backyard. Being a new homeowner, I just needed to hear from somebody what to do in this small time of crisis. I called, and Quentin was the specialist whom I spoke with. Quentin was very professional and walked me through step by step on how to turn off the water and what to look for in regards to any cracks or tearing of the inner pipes and rubber bands. This may not seem like a big deal to many, but this late in the workday, having somebody who was calm and collected helping me through this emergency

He replaced a few sprinkler heads and repaired leaks as he moved through each section. Days, not weeks later, it was completed.
