0 Stars!!! This was by far the rudest and most unprofessional interaction I’ve ever had with someone in this field. First, he is not even local (he is based in North Carolina), yet advertises as if he is in CT, then told me it wasn't on him that it is on Google for not being updated (I run several business admin pages it isn't that hard to update an address so that was BS #1). When I called, he was immediately short and dismissive, and within less than three minutes he became hostile, accusatory, and completely unhelpful. Then hung up on me! I explained clearly that I am the assistant to the homeowner, that our previous engineer/surveyor had unfortunately passed away before completing the project, and that I was doing my best to answer his questions.
