Lane Construction

Earth to Lane Construction: Two days before the Memorial Day weekend (the most heavily traveled week of the year; 36.7 M people travel) is not the time to close 3 lanes down on the 495 beltway just because you can. Did you ever think maybe you should do major roadwork from 9:00PM -5:00AM in order to ease the commuting burden already on travelers of this road? Furthermore, construction should never be during rush hour on a road like 495. If these clowns had to sit in traffic commuting for hours at a time, they might have a new perspective. The state of VA should really find a more considerate and responsible construction company.

Sub-standard contractor that does not plan ahead, is un-able to properly mark constructions zones, damages public roadways and will not accept responsibility for their wrong doing.
