This is a well-deserved review of Lane Roofing. I already knew Lane was well known in the area, as I’ve seen their signs proudly displayed on many front lawns—so naturally, they were my first call. Turns out, it was the only call I needed to make. From the beginning, Josh was easy to work with. He showed up on time and was very personable. The job I was inquiring about was a small one, which made me nervous he wouldn’t be interested. It was just a three-season porch and a shed roof. Josh was honest with me and said the main house should be done eventually but could probably wait another year. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to push unnecessary work. Lane Roofing is the way to go if you need anything roof related done to your house. I called the owner Josh to get insight on replacing the roof on a house that I was planning on buying. His knowledge and expertise helped me tremendously when purchasing my first home. He was very easy to communicate with and I could not beat his pricing.
