Lang Pools

Lang pools built my pool over 10 years ago and did a superb job! And not only does it still look amazing, but the only repair has been to replace one of the components of the salt system. I've also had them doing my weekly maintenance ALL THIS TIME and I've been pleased with it. I'd highly recommend LANG for a new pool an/or weekly pool maintenance (including opening and closing). They have made it worry free for me!

We had a fiberglass pool and sauna installed by Lang Pools in Spring 2025. Once they broke ground, the construction moved pretty fast. While there were some typical hiccups along the way, the team did a great job of listening to our concerns and supporting us through the process. Lang Pools continues to exceed my expectations—even in the middle of winter. After an amazing 2025 summer season, I was disappointed to close the pool at the end of September. With all the recent snow and freezing temperatures, I grew concerned about the rising water level and the possibility of damage. I reached out to Steve Caldwell and left a voicemail. Despite being on vacation, he returned my call within an hour and assured me he would have someone come by as soon as possible. That level of customer service is incredibly rare today. He could have easily waited until he was back in the office, but instead he took a truly customer‑centric approach. We have been using Lang since moving to Westport 4 years ago. They are friendly, responsive, fairly priced, reliable and easy to work with. Anytime we have needed anything pool related or fixed - Lang is there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a pool company.

We are on season three of working with Lang. We "inherited" the pool company when we purchased our house. They are extremely punctual, reliable, provide a thorough review of everything they did that day to email. We had a few repairs that they were able to make very quickly. One time, they should up 15 minutes after we sent an email to address an issue.
