Langley Well Drilling and Pump Service, LLC

I would leave negative star rating. Do NOT use this well drilling company. They required a $4500 deposit which was given Aug 1 and I was told 3 weeks to 3 months to have a well redrilled due to the other collapsing. It is now 5 months later and they don't answer phone calls nor refund the deposit. They only answered phone to say they were on vacation in Georgia. This company is nothing but thieves and will take your deposit and then you don't hear from them again. Unless you want to put out legal fees to get your deposit back on work that wasn't done, I suggest you find an honest company.

Contacted this company weeks and weeks ago to drill a new well. Was told it wouldn't be a problem and they would be out in a few days to take a look and see what they were dealing with; totally understandable. We waited and they came out, and we decided that the best option was to completely drill a new well. Great. We set up a time with them, and they told us it would take about 4 or 5 days until they could be out to complete the job. After a week, WE reached out to them, and the man stated it would now be "20 days". No explanation as to why. Was he going to call and tell us this???? Wells aren't cheap to redo, and all this time the house doesn't have running water. A simple phone call, a calendar system, and some manners would help this company be more successful. In the process of selling my home, then we discovered there was no water pressure. The buyers realtor called the "top" pump repair in the County, I wont name them specifically... They came out and gave us an estimate of $2,800.00, said the system failed and I needed a new pump! I just had a pump guy out less than a year ago, so we pulled my old Invoice and contacted Langley. Less than a year ago, so there should be a warranty. After Derek Langley came out to inspect what the other company wanted to charge $2,800 for he discovered it was a filter causing the issue. He replaced the filter, water pressure is amazing and he charged me $180.00. Thank goodness for honest people!! I would recommend Langley Well and Pump to EVERYONE.

Did my mother dirty. Took her money and never finished the job! Derek won’t even pick up my phone calls.

Derek answered my call for help and after asking some qualifying questions in order to come equipped to get water running to my home and garden, was here as promised, with his team. They were successful on the first try. My experience was positive and I will call them again when needed.
