Been doing business with these folks for decades. Absolutely the best hardwood place around 10/10.

Refused to sell to licensed, local general contractor. Told me I had to hire one of their "approved vendors" to purchase and install. This would result in paying approx 30% more than we should. Our company has purchased from them multiple times in the past. We were prepared to order almost $10,000 in flooring. They wasted my client's time, and my time. We will not be returning to waste more of our time in the future.

Ross and his group did an absolutely fantastic job repairing our Clark American 12 floor sander. They went out of their way to get it to us as quickly as possible, and kept to their estimate extremely well. My company will continue to use Lanham's repair services for all our related equipment.
