The good: It served its purpose.. and since it’s small and tucked away it was a great find since all other parking lots had super long lines to get in. The bad: it is TIGHT. I mean I had a large suv and I fit… but it was like a 5 point turn to get into a spot. Also… the lower level smelled bad so go to upper level.

I park here when attending shows at night for the Alliance Theatre or Woodruff Arts Center. It’s usually $10 which is nice and I’ve never prepaid. There are always open lots and I haven’t had issues with security

Pre-paid for a QR code, but it wouldn't work with the phone on the scanner. THEN when trying to leave the lot, multiple people ahead of us got stuck for the same reason. Tried to call the customer service help number provided and the ***** on the line HUNG UP on me before I could even finish talking. Ended up having to grab a ticket and then pay twice. I'll be calling the bank to cancel the original purchase tomorrow. I bet they make their money by relying on people to NOT do that. Lanier parking are SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Good, safe, affordable for a weekend event. I almost prepaid, but read reviews and paid upon exit, no issues. I recommend.

If you prepaid on line like I did, prepare to not get into the parking lot. You'll be wanting your money back.
