Confusing parking experience when using pre pay with Spothero, ended up getting overcharged at day rate after having to cancel pre paid spots. The employee Ron saved me and was really helpful!! He was a lifesaver, just wish Spothero wasn't such a crappy third party in the experience.

Parking lot from a twilight zone hell—worse than some backrooms nightmare. We were trapped and could not get out. Kept following the signs to the 24 hr exit and they were blocked by signs and chained fences. What kind of evil demented architect designed this confusing garage?

Horrible. While parking was smooth, loading my car up on Sunday was a nightmare: I was carrying 500 things and strategically parked my car at a side gate with street access directly to where I was staying. I carried everything back to the gate to load it up and all the gates and door access was closed. I pressed the assistance button and asked the lady how to get in. She said try another gate. I said I tried 3 so far and all were closed and asked which street had an open gate so o wasn’t walking on circles. She said “I said, try another gate”. Unhelpful at best

This is a conveniently located parking garage. It is right next to Truist Towers with all which is a very relevant area. Although the surrounding area can have some strange figures wandering about, the garage itself seems to have good security. I did get sideswiped and sure it could be the fault of small parking spots but it's kind of a risk you have to take being in any parking garage.

Purchased overnight 24 hr parking off of spothero for only $15. Safe and close to several hotels.
