Ordered my window a few months ago. Did not receive my window when promised. Was told covid 19 was the problem of the back order. Had to call once a week for 3 weeks to finally receiving my window in my garage out of the blue. Checked for damages and there was scuffs and markings on the window. I was already frustrated for the window taking so long to also find out my window screen was also missing. I have called once a week after the delivery three times now making this almost a 4 months for my screen and still have not received anything. I even went to the office and still they couldn’t tell me nothing. Third trip to pickup my order... any bets whether they’ll care this time. I doubt it. Materials look nice but these guys are just vendors so they really can’t get credit for the product. This is based on customer service or lack of it.

I ended up not purchasing anything here, but was very impressed with Lansing. They tried really hard to help me. I would definitely use them again.

Requested quotes for materials MULTIPLE times. physically went in to the store, probably called 5x and emailed 3x and still never received a quote. Not sure how I am supposed to decide on them as a supplier if I cant figure out how much it is going to cost?

Customer service is very poor. Order material 10 days out . They sold my order to a bigger contractor and re-ordered. Im now on my fourth re-order. Previous order they sold part of my order after waiting over 2 months
