Found Greg’s name online back in October 2024. Since then, I have required his expertise on three additional occasions. Each and every time, he responded to my calls immediately. He came to my house the same day to assess the problem and schedule the work. Shawn arrived within a day or two to complete the job. He arrived on time and did a great job at a reasonable price. I feel grateful I have them to call when a plumbing issue arises.

Without sharing details, Greg went way above and beyond for a job that wasn’t even his regular customer. He showed up in a more than timely fashion just as a weekend was starting, with precious packages in his work truck. I was floored at his commitment to his community and willingness to jump in and rescue someone in need. All we’ve found using Greg over the years, is great service with care and compassion. I started a DIY shower cartridge repair, but I could not get the old cartridge out. It was so corroded inside the pipe. just had shawn out the next day to help. It was a tedious job, but he was careful and patient. Now my tub doesn't leak anymore. Thank you.

Had a major problem with our toilet. Greg took our phone call and ordered a new toilet and had Sean install it the next day. Sean was very professional, and very clean! He did a wonderful job and I am so thankful that they took care of our problem so quickly. We are brand new customers but he still took care of the problem promptly.
