Oil furnace failure on the week end . Reached out to LaPans Precision for service.Very pleasant women answered took info and said service tech would call me and within minutes he did. Told him I could wait till Monday since I was using propane heaters . He said fine but if things got cold call back and we will be right over.(Above and beyond courtesy) Monday morning Tech Shane called said he was on his way (With roads still dangerous from the ice storm) worked out numerous issues with good humor and in a professional manner and presented a very competitive bill considering the complexity of the repair.LaPans and Tech Shane are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in every respect and I recommend highly . .

I have used LaPans from 2008-2009, they did my original install in my new home . They did a great job with the complete install. Their price was competitive with other Companies. There staff was outstanding through the entire purchase and install. The owner himself came and checked the job, which I thought was unusual but very satisfying! Flash forward to 2024, I had some Air-conditioning issue so I called another company for repair, I spend over $2,000 on repair that worked for 6 months, I reached out to LaPans to price a new unit, I was happy with there response time and Price for a new unit. They were hired to install a new unit and coil inside the home, all went well and I was very satisfied with their tech, Corey who was a remarkable young man with some real talent for HVCC. Wo

Really happy with LaPan's service. Our furnace stopped working in very cold temperatures. The house was down to 43 degrees inside as we were headed into a night of single digits outside. Based on the situation, and a real risk of pipes freezing, LaPan's responded immediately, and worked late to baby our furnace to getting the house up to the 50s before calling it a night. They installed a new furnace the very next day. So very, very happy with their service, attitudes, and professionalism. Highly recommend.

These guys took their time and the install is phenomenal, neat and they, went so much beyond what was asked I'm very much impressed. As a rule I don't exaggerate in my assessments nor do I post unnecessarily but Tyler and Jim, the install team were beyond measure. I would highly recommend them to anyone asking for this type of service.
