After looking at recommendations in my town’s FB group and checking Google reviews, I got estimates from two contractors for a new roof. La Rosa gave me the best estimate and did a great job, including with clean up as they worked. The owner, Sal, was available by phone and text the entire job. There were a couple of minor issues, and they were immediately addressed. Update 3 years later - a few shingles came off, and I contacted Sal. He stopped over a couple of days later, left to buy more shingles, and did the repair no charge! How refreshing to find a contractor who stands by his work in the long term.

Sal and his crew at LaRosa Construction patched up my roof after a hurricane put a hole my home. They also replaced siding that was ripped off in the storm. (State Farm was of NO $$ help, but that's for a different review). Sal was terrific. Nice guy. No BS. No Fluff. Easy to work with. Good pricing compared to others. I was so impressed with Sal, that I asked them do an entire new roof on my Mother's home. They did a fantastic job. Looks great. We had a bad leak that took 3 tries to fix. Didn't stop Sal until he figured it out! Turns out it was not the roof, but an old bathroom pipe that was cracked. That is Excellent Customer Service!!! I highly recommend Sal LaRosa Construction and his team.

We received Sal's info (owner of La Rosa Construction) from our neighbor that had used his company prior for a new roof. We had a tree fall on our house and were in need of a new roof. We had a great experience with Sal. He was professional, friendly, and honest. There were no hidden costs and from all the quotes we received, he was the most competitive. He has a large crew and they were done in a day and cleaned everything up! Will use La Rosa Construction for other projects like siding.

Sal did a good job on the roof, but after less than 2 years, the attic fan started making a god-awful grinding sound that could be heard down the entire block. Sal showed up within minutes to disconnect the fan, and promised a quick repair. Unfortunately, getting him to actually REPLACE the defective unit in a timely manner has been another story. It’s always “Next week, next week” or some kind of lame excuse. I’ll overturn this review if he mans up and does the right thing and actually FIXES it.

We used LaRosa Construction for a roof replacement and were very pleased with the experience from start to finish. Sal was responsive and communicative throughout the process, and they delivered on all points. They showed up on the day promised. They finished the job and cleaned up in one day. The price was fair, the work was good, and there were no hidden charges, no games, no nonsense. Very reliable and transparent. I would recommend LaRosa Construction without hesitation and will be using them again should we decide to replace our gutters and/or siding.
