Terrible place!!! Larry himself is nice and so his is staff but the quality of work is awful. They came by 2 weeks ago to fix my unit and said due to the storm it stopped working. I said ok, but I have had it for 4 years and there has been plenty of storms amd no issues. Well here it is , now it stopped working again. I do not wanna call and have him come back out because he charges 160 bucks per service call. Thank God I have a dad that can help. These guys just screw ya over.

Larry is super, I have had several different HVAC contractors over the last 30years, Larry Allen is the best by far and it’s not even close. He’s always available to get the job done. I have several rental properties he keeps them all up and running. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up

Highly recommend this business. Comes when you call, weekends, holidays. Quick response, understands your need for fast service. Straight forward, all inclusive “out-the-door” deal at a good price. Excellent after the installation service. Had hot house 4th of July weekend, came over and replaced central air/furnace, arrived 9:00AM and completed job by noon. Removed all old equipment and left clean job site. Friendly crew worked efficiently. 10 months later, Memorial Day holiday, thermostat malfunction caused hot house. I called early morning, owner arrived hour later to check equipment and analyze problem, no charges for coming, cold air when he left. Honest, dependable, strongly recommend. I had A/C replaced by Larry Allen 1 1/2 years ago. System stopped working just a few weeks ago so i contacted them because of the warranty. He didn't show up on the agreed upon date to check the system. Rescheduled with them and they came out and put in leak detector. It stopped working again and they came out a second time. It was admitted by one of Larry's workers that the lines were installed too close together causing them to rub a hole in the line. He joked about it saying 'it must have been a Friday'... They fixed the problem and all was well. A week later I get a bill for just under a thousand dollars for 7 hours of labor. They were at my house for a total of all visits of less than 2 hours!!!!!
