Larry's Heating & Air

Larry's Heating & Air is fantastic! We had a well known to Amarillo/Canyon air conditioning company come out last fall to repair the air conditioner, the technician said he couldn't fix it, and they proceeded to try to sell us a new system. We decided to get a second opinion and called Larry's based on their Google reviews. Their wonderful technician, Roger, had it fixed in a couple of hours. The price was very fair, especially considering they saved us thousands of dollars!

Larry’s was very quick to show up when we had our heater go out in our Air BNB house at 11 at night. They temporarily fixed it since it needed parts. They had a great deal on new units for their winter special. We decided to go with a new unit since ours was 11 years old and the part to fix it was going to cost us around the same as getting a new unit. They came out the following day after I gave them the go ahead. Installed everything in 1 day. We highly recommend them! Very quick and awesome customer service! Every worker was very polite!

David came out and inspected our entire system to see what we were dealing with. Our heater and AC units were over 25 years old and struggling more and more every season. He was very informative about what we were dealing with, and helped us make decisions on the best route to take with zero pressure to replace, and even helped us troubleshoot trying to get by with what we had even though we knew we were on borrowed time with both. In the end, we decided the best and safest decision was to go ahead and replace them for peace of mind and comfort in our home. We always had plans to replace the entire duct system when we tackled this, so we requested that as well. Our heat went out during the snow storm. I posted on Facebook looking for someone to come out after the company we originally called canceled on us after having us wait several hours with no heat. Larry's replied letting me know what number to call and said they would help. Within about an hour Julius arrived and got the heat going. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly explaining what he was doing along the way. Considering that it is now 10 pm, the price was very fair. Larry's has earned a customer for life!!!

Roger came out an hour after I called for a service call to diagnose problem with my heat pump. He was efficient and professional in resolving the issue. We have been trusting Larry’s Heating and Air for years, ever since they installed our two systems. We highly recommend them.
