Larry's Personalized Painting

Larry is a detailed and careful painter but unfortunately his professionalism and customer service are lacking. We had him paint the exterior of our house and garage in 2023 and shortly after he was done the paint started bubbling on most surfaces. It had rained while he was in the midst of our job and we can only assume that Larry did not allow the surfaces to fully dry before painting. We have had several phone conversations over 2 years, most promising he would find a solution. However, on the last call Larry stated (yelled) it wasn't his problem and that he would not be fixing the paint nor refunding our money. He was rude, did not listen to reason, and obviously is not willing to stand behind his work. We are more than willing to work with him on a solution and I will happily change m
